BOOKING PROCESS
BOOKING PROCESS
Your Ink Journey Starts Here.
Once your appointment is booked and the date is locked in, I’ll get to work turning your idea into an actual design. This usually happens the week leading up to your appointment. If you’d like to see the design beforehand, you may get a peek at the design if you book an in-person consultation with me a few days prior to your appointment. Otherwise, I will see you on the day-of, and any minor changes can be done at that time, before permanency :)
I don’t show drawings digitally, to protect my art.
No online previews or back-and-forth feedback, please. It helps keep drawing time focused and creative.
First things first - You must be 18 or older, not pregnant, and medically good to go (no health conditions or meds that could mess with the tattooing or healing process). Please visit the FAQ, tattoo prep, aftercare, contact and about pages to find answers to any questions you may have.
Most projects can be planned directly through this process, but if you're more of a "let’s talk it out in person" type or if I need a better look, we can set up a free consultation, which can be arranged via email.
I take on projects that vibe with my style and current availability. If it’s a yes, I’ll send you a booking link. If not, no hard feelings!
A deposit is required to officially claim your spot and drawing. Deposits are non-refundable and vary per piece. More information below in “How the Money Part Works.”

The Design Prcoess.
How the money part works.
The clock starts once tattooing begins and stops before the bandage goes on - no sneaky charges for setup or staring into the void.
My hourly rate is $140/hr + $20 supply fee + GST. There’s a 1 hour minimum charge, even for smaller pieces. I always recommend that when a client wants just one tiny tattoo, to maybe wait it out until there’s a few tiny tattoo ideas you’ve thought up, and then you can bunch them in one session to make it worth your while. Otherwise, if one is all you want, one is what you shall receive! No pressure at all :)
I also round up to the half hour mark. So if something takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete, I will charge you for only 1.5 hours for a total of $241.50 instead of the 2 hour total.
My Day Rate is $850 + $20 supply fee + GST. This is for anything that will take 6+ hours to complete. It’s recommended for any larger tattoos, sleeves, or back pieces to be charged this rate instead of my hourly. This gives some financial motivation for the client to make it cheaper in the long run, while also getting it done faster! I also understand that if it’s easier for you financially to split up into a bunch of smaller sessions, I have no problem doing that as well :) We can work with your preferred time to get it done at your pace! Just note that this could potentially have it cost more, and take longer time in the long run.
Flat rates apply to the day rate and flash ideas only. That being said… If you have a budget you want to work with for an idea that you have. I am happy to work with it. This just means the design might be simplified and/or smaller to fit your budget, but I will make it work :)
Payment is due in full at the end of your session (minus your deposit). I accept E-transfer, cash or Afterpay and Affirm as forms of payment.
Afterpay and Affirm - Buy now, pay later!
All payments are final. No refunds.
The Fine Print.
RUNNING LATE?
No sweat. Life happens. Don’t speed or stress, just let me know when you'll arrive.
TOUCH-UPS
Sometimes skin is unpredictable - so here’s the lowdown:
Your first touch-up is free within the first 6 months. Anything after that, additional touch-ups will be priced at the usual minimum rate.
Note: hands and fingers will almost always need a touchup and/or maintenance.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
We get it - things come up. Need to reschedule? Do it at least 72 hours in advance, or your deposit will be forfeited. There is one-time transfer allowed for a new appointment date, but if a second cancellation occurs, a new deposit will need to be given to secure any future bookings.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations = deposit gone and not transferable to future bookings. No exceptions.
GIFT CARDS
The perfect gift for your ink-obsessed friend (or future you). They never expire, can be given to anyone, and are a great excuse to say “you need this.” Gift cards are non-refundable.
